I don't think the rotors get deformed - it's just getting pad material transferred to the rotors in an uneven manner.  If this happens, it's easy to clean it off and begin again (3M Scotch-Brite dish scrubbing pads and Simple Green cleaning solution).  This applies to stock iron brakes, not PCCB...

BTW, I use Race Technology RE10 pads and Endless RF650 fluid - both great.
